凡通过Digicat官方购买,可在自签收次日起七日内享受无理由退货服务(指定产品除外)。用户须保证退换货商品保持原有品质和功能、外观完好、商品本身及配件的商标和各种标识完整齐全,并必须用原封条包装、不影响二次销售,如有赠品需与商品一并退回。打开后没有质量问题,商品支持免费退换,物流费用需由买家自理。

如果物品有质量问题,请在线提交退换货申请,我们将在1个工作日内处理。如果商品出现人为损坏、包装箱缺失、零配件缺失的情况,不予办理。

问题产品,如何申请换货服务?

自用户签收次日起三十日内,如果产品出现故障或损坏、非人为损坏性能故障等问题,必须提交损坏或损坏的照片或短视频证明交付支持中心或及时与在线客服沟通,并经由Digicat技术中心检测确认后,我们将在1个工作日内处理您的物品办理换货业务,更换整套商品等服务。

请及时发现问题和及时通知客服,如果不这样做,您的换货及索赔可能会被拒绝。

以下情况不属于换货范围:

1、   超过保修有效期限;

2、   无购买记录、发票或订单号与发票信息不符;

3、   人为原因造成的损坏;

4、   不可抗拒因素造成的损坏;

5、   未按《用户手册》的要求使用、保养及调整造成的任何损坏;

6、   超出正常使用条件,强行使用本产品造成的故障或损伤;

7、   未经本司授权的人员私自拆动或修理;

8、   恶意损坏保修卡内容、产品信息,包括模糊破坏、自行撕毁、篡改等;

9、   其他非产品本身设计、制造、质量等问题而导致的故障和损坏;

 

退款相关

Digicat确认退款申请之日起3个工作日内向用户返还已支付的货款,将以原路退换方式直接返还付款账号。具体到账日期可能会受银行、支付机构等因素影响。

信用卡:7-14个工作日

Return request is available within 1 working day after delivery for any reason.  All returns must be in good condition with the original quality, feature, and its tags, labels, and packing. Items must be packed with original seal, and does not affect the secondary sales or return will be rejected if it has been opened but without quality issue. Gifts must be returned within same parcel. Goods support free return and exchange, delivery fees are payable by customers.

 

If items have quality issues, please apply online return submission and most returns are processed within 3-10 business days. In case of man-made damage, missing packing and spare parts, application may be declined.

How does exchange Policy Work?

If you are experiencing issues with your product within 30 days upon delivery , Products are faulty or damaged, photographic or Video evidence of the damage or fault must be submitted to Digicat Support Center. please refer to our Help Centre first or contact with customer service staff for instant. After your item will be assessed by our experienced technicians. For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-10 business days to process the application. Please contact us as quickly as possible, failure to do so may result in your claim being denied.

 

How does faulty Products exchange?

The following circumstances are not allowed within the scope of replacement

1.Item expired the warranty time

  1. No purchase record, invoice or order number is inconsistent with invoice information
  2. Damage caused by human causes
  3. Damage caused by force majeure
  4. Any damage caused by failure to use, maintain and adjust as required by the User's Manual
  5. Fault or damage caused by using the product forcibly beyond normal conditions of use
  6. Remove or repair without authorization of the company
  7. Malicious damage warranty card content, product information, including fuzzy damage, tear, tamper and so on
  8. Other faults and damages not caused by design, manufacture, quality, etc

 

About refund time

For returned items or items for refund, support center will need 3 business days  to confirm refund claim,
After Support center accept the refund claim submission, the refund will process within 3 business days. the refund will be return to the same paid account. time-frame might influence by bank or other issues. 

time-frame is as below:
Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours

Wechat/Alipay: 7 business days
Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days
